SCA Funding offers the qualified investor an opportunity to earn a fixed rate of return paid on a quarterly basis. The Portfolio is estimated to have a 19-month life cycle that is divided into a 12-month funding period and an estimated 7-month amortization period. Excess realized capital is kept in a reserve account to insure payment terms are satisfied over the investment period. Any deficiency that occurs during the funding period will be satisfied by funds in the reserve account.
